What is Plasma Pen treatment?

Plasma Pen treatments are a revolutionary technology for skin tightening using Plasma. Plasma Pen creates ionization while hovering the instrument over the skin. This consequently creates a reaction in the tissue. The Plasma energy flow stimulates new collagen formation, it stimulates elastin fibres, improves sun damaged skin, reduces wrinkles and smooths the skin.

This treatment does not involve cutting, injecting, burning or removal of skin or tissue. It is best for treating.

How does it work?

Plasma Pen produces a tiny plasma flash from the tip of the needle to the skin in a micro millimetre sized point. The superficial point minimises the skin in its immediate vicinity. This shrinks the skin around the area thus tightening it. A series of tiny brown dots are strategically placed to attain the desired result for the excess skin.

What should I expect after the treatment?

Immediately after the treatment you may experience a warm feeling. This normally resolves by the end of the day. It is normal to have some localised swelling and redness. Small micro sized spots will appear on the surface of the skin and flake off over the next few days, in some cases it can take 7 days. A daily broad spectrum SPF of at least 30 is essential.
